What the one transaction does

Creates the whole supply, once
Most of it goes to the pool and the rest to the supply wallet. The amounts are the same for every fire and are constants in the pyre's source.

Opens the pool with the cinder in its key
A plain Uniswap v4 pool against ETH. The cinder is a fee hook and nothing else: it never refuses a swap.

Mints the position to the dead address
Uniswap's own PositionManager mints the pool's liquidity as an NFT whose owner is 0x…dEaD. The pyre reads it back before it records the fire.
